You can browse this directory without signing in. Where enabled for this site, Cloudflare Web Analytics can measure page use and performance. Privacy preferences provides information; it does not turn analytics on or off, save a tracking preference, or delete work saved in another project.

When you browse

Your browser requests this site's pages, images, fonts and styles from Cloudflare, our hosting and network provider. Delivering and protecting a page involves network information, such as your IP address, the requested URL and browser request headers. Turning off optional analytics does not turn off hosting or security processing.

The directory's own interface scripts update the displayed year, open the privacy information panel and handle the Contact Me form. They do not create cookies, localStorage records, IndexedDB databases or a service worker. Form text stays in the open page until you submit it, clear it or leave the page. Native browser caching and browsing history are controlled by your browser.

Cloudflare handles network and security information under its service settings and retention practices; different records have different retention periods. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing. This directory has no separate application database of visitor profiles.

Information, purpose and recipients

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally. Information processed for hosting, security and privacy-request email may be processed outside the United States. Cloudflare Web Analytics measurements, where enabled, may also be processed internationally. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their processing.

Your privacy preferences

Where enabled for this site, Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a JavaScript beacon that can send page-use and performance measurements to Cloudflare. Cloudflare documents measurements such as page views, page paths, referring sites, country, browser and device type. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and its data dimensions.

Cloudflare says this product does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint visitors for displaying analytics. This describes the analytics product; the site storage and hosting/security processing explained in this notice remain separate. See Cloudflare's description.

Cloudflare documents seven days of unsampled beacon data followed by sampled storage, and access to the previous six months of data. These are not promises that all analytics data or provider backups are deleted after six months. We have not established a complete deletion period for those records. See Cloudflare's analytics FAQ.

Privacy preferences provides information. Opening or closing it does not stop analytics or record a tracking choice. Contact privacy@goultergroup.com about analytics or a privacy request.

Privacy preferences does not change how this site handles Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. This panel offers no analytics switch.

This site's controls apply to this site. They do not sign you out, erase saved lessons, remove photos or projects, or change another site's settings. To manage saved work, use the relevant project's existing controls and export or back up important work first.

Accounts and linked projects

Following a project, account, email or LinkedIn link takes you to another service. The directory does not copy your account session or saved work between sites. The account service's Privacy & family information remains separate from this notice.

This directory has no account, learner profile or child-enrolment flow. Linked projects have their own child and account practices. Parents or guardians can contact the operator about information relating to a child.

We do not currently use directory visitor information for promotional emails, sell it or share it for targeted advertising.

Contact form messages

If you use the Contact Me form, your name, email address, subject and message are processed by Cloudflare Email Service and sent to Brandon Goulter at bgoulter@goultergroup.com, which forwards to Gmail. The information is used to read and respond to your enquiry. The form does not create an account or subscribe you to promotional emails.

The website does not save a separate database copy of your message. A short-term rate limit uses your network address to reduce automated submissions. Email copies remain in the recipient mailbox until manually deleted. There is no fixed retention period. You can request deletion using the contact details below.

Questions and requests

Email privacy@goultergroup.com to ask about this notice or request access to, correction of or deletion of information. Tell us which site and information your request concerns. Brandon Goulter handles these enquiries. We may need to verify your identity or authority to act for a child before disclosing or changing account information. Do not send passwords, medical information or private project contents with your initial enquiry.

Information you choose to send is used to handle your enquiry. Privacy-request emails are forwarded to Gmail and retained until manually deleted. There is no fixed retention period. Deleting an email normally moves it to Gmail's Trash, where it can remain recoverable for up to 30 days unless permanently deleted sooner.

Information saved only in your browser or downloaded files remains on your device. An account request does not automatically remove those copies; use the relevant project's controls and your browser or device settings.

Changes to this notice will be posted on this page.
